Terms and Conditions: Purchases are considered final 14 days after you have received them. However, as stated above, we may be able to help with repairing the item if issue is caused by normal use. Quilts purchased from use should be inspected by you when you get them. Hand-made items such as quilts may occasionally have a thin seam which could pull loose. If you find loose seams, call us (541-261-9006) and we can arrange repair of the issue. Our goal is to keep you happy with your purchase from us for years to come.
Shopping policy: The Items you see on our webstore are available in our store. On the rare occasion an item is purchased in our store at the same time it is purchased online, the instore purchase will supersede the online purchase and your money will be immediately refunded to you. We can also text to you close up photos, washing instructions and other information about that or other products.
